Digital Innovation Manager

Jim has worked in Information Technology for 28 years with both the public and private sector in companies as diverse as Dell Computer Corporation, Meath county council, and PMPA. He has 14 years of experience with the HSE, working primarily within the OoCIO. He is a longtime advocate for improvement in Healthcare delivery supported by digital innovation. His role in the HSE Digital Transformation team is the management of the living labs programmes and Digital Innovation.

The HSE Digital Transformation group helps build health system-wide digital capability, capacity and competence. Our Digital Health ecosystem vision is our rapid adoption of eHealth technologies to support peoples health journey from hospitals, to community and home, whilst improving the quality of living, the care provided and reducing costs.
